I am a true believer in having lamps throughout your home! One of my favorite things to do each morning is to turn on my lamps in the rooms that I’ll be in throughout the day. I don’t like overhead lights on unless we need them. Lamps create a nice mood and soften a space.

Last night we had a call on the house party app with our best friends. It’s an app that allows you to have about 4-5 people on a video call. We scheduled it earlier in the day, so we would have something to look forward to on a Friday night.

I took this photo while on a hike during spring break a few weeks ago. As I look at it today, it is a picture of how we are all feeling during this virus epidemic-uprooted and exposed. Life has drastically changed and it’s making us all feel fearful and defeated.

Top 9 of 2019! What a year it has been! The best part of the year has been getting to know so many new people along the way! We had so many amazing clients this year that we will do phase 2 with next year. I’ve met some incredibly talented designers and vendors that will continue to inspire me in 2020! Most of all, thank you to all my followers for the support and encouragement all year through!
