Paris Christmas Lights

This is the street that we stayed on "Rue Cler".  It was fabulous.  Less of the tourists and lots of the locals.  Typical street of Paris.  Our hotel balcony looked over this wonderful cobble stone street with flower markets, cafe's, produce stands, bakeries, etc.  I was in absolute heaven.  When we arrived and the taxi pulled up to drop us off it was night time and all the Christmas lights were lit up.  There were singers in the streets singing Christmas music and we could see and hear all of it from our balcony of the hotel room.  I was out of body, totally magical!!  The kids loved the hotel elevator that only held one person and their suitcase. So very quaint and reminded me of our London hotel years ago.
Good memories from this cafe right next door to our hotel room.
Cafe con Leche and great conversation with our good friends.
Beautiful balconies all lit up.
They were decorating the tree in front of the Notre Dame when we visited.  We went back a few nights later and it was all lit up.
It was COLD, COLD, COLD but oh....oh......oh..... it WARMED my heart!
